At Bridge Korea, we understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes plans need to be adjusted. We are committed to providing our customers with the best refund procedure in accordance with local e-commerce laws. 




Refund of Deposit


We offer a full refund of your deposit if you request it within 7 days of the initial payment. After 7 days, a deposit refund will only be available if your complete application is not accepted by any of the schools in our programs. In such cases, we can discuss alternative placement options or provide a deposit refund if you prefer.




Refund of Final Payment


Once the final payment has been made, we maintain a No-Refund Policy. This is because we make commitments to secure your placements and services, involving costs that cannot be recouped. By making the final payment, you acknowledge your readiness and ability to participate in the chosen program. Please ensure your decision is certain before proceeding.
